Credit and Background Screening Disclosure

A consumer report or tenant-screening report may be obtained for the purpose of evaluating this rental application. Information may include credit history, rental and eviction history, identity verification, employment or income verification, and criminal-record information when legally permissible and relevant.

If an adverse decision is based in whole or in part on a consumer report, the applicant will receive the information required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including the reporting company's name and contact information and notice of the right to obtain and dispute the report.

Florida applications are subject to applicable federal and state fair-housing requirements. Servicemembers may have specific application-processing protections under Florida law.

Do not place a Social Security number, full date of birth, banking information, or driver-license number into this website. Steven will arrange secure or offline collection of information required to conduct the checks.
